Together again in 2012, your hosts this Pesach are three organizations, each with many years of experience running highly professional, elegantly upscale and consistently successful Pesach and Yom Tov Hotel programs.

The Jewish Heritage Center has been partnering for many years with the renowned Greenwald Caterers to bring to Toradik crowds, a Yom Tov program that excels in both ruchniyus and gashmius. Under the directorship of Rabbi Naftali Portnoy and Rabbi Moshe Turk and the tireless administration of Mr. David Kaye, their professionalism and careful attention to fine detail have kept a loyal clientele coming back year after year. Their staff exudes a friendliness and a respect for their guest families which is clearly felt by all. This creates a noticeable camaraderie and warmth which is a signature trademark of all their Yom Tov programs. This is reflected in their successful, sold-out programs for Pesach, Rosh Hashana and Shavuos, that the Jewish Heritage Center has been doing for more than 20 years.

Rabbi Yitzchak Neger of Sabra Tours also began running successful hotel programs two decades ago and works night and day to secure the best for his guests. In 2009, Sabra Tours secured the contract on this beautiful resort in Lancaster and was one of the few Pesach programs to sell out early with over 1000 guests in attendance. In 2010and 2011, together with Greenwald Caterers and the Jewish Heritage Center the program once again sold out early , this time with over 1100 in attendance. (It should be noted that because of the huge size of this Hotel and its many smaller Dining Rooms, these numbers could be accommodated without noise or a sense of being crowded.) People were amazed and appreciative to have had such a beautiful well run Yom Tov and at such affordable prices.

Greenwald Caterers of Lakewood, New Jersey, is known for doing things on a grand scale from their spectacular Kiddushim, five course meals and lavish buffets to their Viennese desserts and inviting tea rooms.
